We need fresh meat!

RSRD is actively recruiting skaters, referees and volunteers. Practices are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays or Sundays at several locations in the Baton Rouge area. RSRD is open to skaters of all skill levels and body types. The only way to truly know whether or not it is for you is to come out and try it!

Skaters must be women of at least 18 years of age. Skaters are required to purchase their own equipment. Skaters' dues are $40 a month to pay for private rink time, and skaters must attend a minimum of 75% of the practices. Skaters must also purchase insurance from USA Roller Sports. This insurance costs $40 per year.

Referees and Volunteers

In addition to skaters, we need referees and volunteers. Referees can be male or female, and there are positions for skating and non-skating officials. Skating officials must purchase their own equipment and the insurance as noted above. We also need announcers, DJs, and anyone else who wants to help.
